This situation makes waste water recovery vital for businesses that operate in an area where the water supply has been decreasing for many years and consume thousands of m of water every day. In this context, our company continues the conventional processes; In order to recover wastewater, Reverse Osmosis, ultrafiltration, multimedia filtration, disinfection, etc. offers solutions tailored to the needs. Heat Recovery from Waste Water While the water used in the production process in industrial enterprises is loaded with pollution on one hand, it is also loaded with heat depending on the sector. Hot waste water discharge both creates problems for treatment plants and leads to waste of heat energy that can be recovered. Up to 30% heat (energy, fuel) recovery is possible from hot wastewater. Precious Metal Recovery Precious metals such as gold and silver are very important in the ancient civilization of Anatolia. Every year, in jewelery and precious metal processing processes, pounds of gold and silver wastewater are discharged to channels, rivers, seas in both physical and ionic forms, and national wealth is wasted. In this type of enterprises, the mineral-rich waste sludge that emerges as a result of the treatment process is processed in the combustion and separation units, and precious metals such as gold and silver are recycled, thereby contributing to the operating economy and resources are protected.

The domestic wastewater treatment systems designed by our project team are aerobic systems operating based on the activated sludge process; the system mainly consists of aeration, sedimentation, and disinfection units. In this system: The area requirement is minimized, Commissioning time is shortened, Treatment efficiency reaches up to 98%, Odor is effectively eliminated, Energy requirement is kept to a minimum. Reinforced concrete compact biological treatment plants can also be designed for large wastewater capacities. In such systems, circular forms are generally used so that: Construction costs are minimized, Aesthetic appearance is achieved in design. Although oxidation and stabilization ponds require large areas, they can provide highly economical solutions in terms of operation. BIOTEK We design wastewater treatment plants open reliable highly efficient for evolving technology. WHAT IS BIOTEK? It’s a domestic wastewater treatment unit designed and manufactured for small residential areas. It is a compact facility that works with reliable, proven process, treatment equipment and operates with high efficiency. HOW DOES IT WORK? Biotek performs biological treatment based on the activated sludge principle. In an aerobic environment, microorganisms convert organic pollutants into water and CO2. The treated water is discharged into the receiving environment in accordance with the Environmental Law, the Water Pollution Control Regulation (SKKY), and the Fisheries Regulation. If desired, it can be used as irrigation water. The amount of excess sludge generated during the treatment process is very low and can be used as fertilizer. This sludge can be removed at certain intervals or a few times a year using a vacuum truck. WHAT ARE ITS ADVANTAGES? Land requirement has been minimized. It provides ease of assembly and disassembly. It is produced entirely in portable dimensions in the factory, and only inlet-outlet and electricity connections are made on-site. Industrial plants differ in their waste water characteristics due to production process. As a result of this the character and treatability of waste water occurs differently. Treatment plants can be designed as portable carbon steel package units as well as concrete depending on the pollution and flowrate of wastewater. Depending on the sector, the effluent from the treatment plant can be reused in the production process. To achieve this, filtration, reverse osmosis or ultrafiltration groups can be installed to the end of the treatment plant. This ensures that the investment is significant not only in terms of environment but also in terms of economy and also contributes to the economy of the country.
