This fine screen is mostly used in textile, paper, food endustries. It is efficient at taking away solid particles from water. Solid particles coming to the screen by the slowed down water are filtered with the help of wedge wire surface. Particles that are collected at the front side of the screen are dragged down by the downward flow of the water. This screen doesn’t have any electrical component and it works manually.

Aerator
This equipment is used for aerating and mixing the water mostly in biological reactors. It’s working principle depends on a pump sucking the water from bottom and splashing it to a plate on a the water surface so the water is aerated. Vertical shaft aerators can be mounted on concrete or steel constructions as well as on pantoons. They are preferred because of their efficient oxygen transfer rates.
This equipment is used for water aeration and mixing purposes in the tanks. They can be mounted on non stationary chassis or pantoons. A jet nozzle that is partly inside the water in an angular position takes the air from outside and transfers it to the spiral propeller which sends the air into the water and creates aeration.
Sludge Treatment Equipment
Rotating scrapers are used in circular shaped tanks for scraping the sludge that is sedimented to the bottom of the tank. Scraper blades that is connected to the circular rotating bridge scrapes the sludge to the center of the tank and it is removed from water. Driving motor is placed on side part of the moving bridge.
This scraper is used on rectangular shaped tanks. Scraper blades that are connected to the linearly moving bridge scrapes the sludge to one side of the tank into a sludge pit.
Sludge thickening is a process that aims to reduce the amount of water in sludge. Thickening processes main goal is to prepare the sludge for sludge dewatering process. Sludge thickener systems are designed in sizes that are appropriate for the waste water plants capacity and they can be driven from sides or from center according to the size of the tank.
Sludge Dewatering
This equipment is used dewatering the sludge that is obtained from the waste water treatment. Sludge that is compressed between drums using belts are scraped with a cake scraper into containers. Amout of drums are chosen accoring to the properties of the sludge that is fed to the belt pres. It’s prefferred because of it’s continuous working capability.
